Vintage Letterpress Type Blocks

Old letterpress type carries its history on its face: worn edges, softened corners, the marks of years of use. You can’t draw that in. It has to be photographed.

This set is 37 blocks, each photographed from above and each on its own layer. Line them up to spell a couple’s names on a wedding flatlay, a shop name on a brand board, or a year on a cover. Every block is a separate transparent PNG as well, so you can build words in any software.

The set comes as two PSDs, one with the alphabet and one with the numbers and the ampersand.
